Dear Angela, We are deeply sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your recent stay at Ibis MacPherson. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you encountered. We understand the significance of accurate and transparent communication regarding hotel services, and we regret any confusion regarding the shuttle service. We apologize for the discrepancy between the advertised information on Agoda and the actual arrangements for the shuttle service. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the less-central location of the hotel and the lack of sheltered transportation hubs nearby, especially during inclement weather. Guest comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we regret any shortcomings in this regard. Regarding the interaction with our reservation supervisor GEM, we extend our sincerest apologies for any miscommunication. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and we are disappointed to hear that this was not reflected in your interaction with one of our staff. We will address this issue with the utmost seriousness and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
