I went on trip with my friend! This hotel was great! It was clean. The staff were attentive and easy to communicate with. I had no problems throughout our stay. Our rooms were cleaned everday. It is 1min walkway from the central train station and 10/15 min walk into town. The road leading up to the hotel is a major road, do not be alarmed by people lingering around, there are few hotels on that street. We also have lunch at restaurant (cant remember the name but it was good.)

Located very close to the Brussels Midi Train Station, this made it very easy for us to arrive in, depart from and travel around Brussels. The team were so helpful, special shout out to the lovely Elisabeth at reception who was friendly, cheerful, helpful and very professional. Room was an excellent size, as was the bathroom. We definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Do not stay in this area! I was robbed in the hotel lobby DURING CHECK IN! There are locking doors at the entrance, and even still- I was checking in at the check out counter and my 2 suitcases were literally 6 inches from me. Someone followed a family in, pretended to be in line to check in and then stole my bags. There were literally 5 family members in the lobby and he still was able to steal them in under 20 seconds. The police said it happens every day in this area. The hotel knows it is a problem and I talked to the manager twice and he really did not care that it happened. Even a gesture as to offer a free breakfast to help compensate for all my loss and trouble was told no, they would not. I know it is not the fault of the hotel, but the manager admitted that if the employee would have acknowledged the “person” in line (I will be right with you) we all would have looked and my luggage probably would not have been stolen. Thieves all around the hotel, we didn’t dare walk out on the street. Ubered to the city center every time we went out. The rooms were fine. Clean. Stay in upper floors on the back side of the hotel. AC does not work well. The room was a bit stuffy. Seriously- stay at the other Novotel location in the city center. Every Uber driver and police officer said this was a bad area. We saw 3 suitcases laying on the street 1/2 open.

ブリュッセル南駅前の雰囲気の悪そうな場所を通る。治安はホテルのせいではないが、首都の玄関口があれで良いのか? 室内の設備が古いだけあって、オーソドックスで使いやすい。テレビ、シャワー、冷蔵庫、電気ポットなどが全て問題なく使用できた。これだけでもありがたい。 チェックインの時のフロントの女性が非常に感じ良く、ガーデン側か静かな部屋か選ばせてくれた。ウェルカムドリンクチケットもちゃんともらえた。

It is true that like in all big cities, the station areas are not the most pleasant but it offers many advantages such as an immediate access to all public transport (buses, trams, etc.) allowing you to get to the city center in a few minutes as well as international or national train connections. Huge Executive Rooms We stayed 2 nights here. As we were heading to Brugge before our stay we decided to drop off our luggage to the hotel so we didn’t have to cart our suitcases on the train with us. Novotel stored our luggage until we returned. Upon check in we were given 2 bags of goodies as our platinum welcome gift. In the bag was a small pack of potato chips, pack of peanuts, a beer and orange juice. As we didn’t drink alcohol, I changed the beer for coke. The rooms were spacious. Disappointed that the executive rooms were on 2nd floor as I requested for a room with nice views but instead we got what they called garden view but it wasn’t much of a view at all. The rooms felt like an accessible room for disables actually. I think the spaciousness was for wheelchair access. I hope I’m wrong coz I don’t think it’s nice putting people in a room for disables if they didn’t ask for it. The location was conveniently across the road from the train station and metro. A 15mins walk to the city centre. Internet was not great, a little slow. It would have been nice if they gave some sort of breakfast benefits for platinums. Other European Accor hotels did. Friendly and helpful staff though.
