The friendliness of the service is still the same reason why I decided to stay in this hotel again. From the check in experience to breakfast team, smiles and courtesy never leave their face. Slight note to tell: cleanliness of the room and food quality need to be improved. Thank you for Taufik in the breakfast restaurant who always has the sense of hospitality and attention to details. Happy to be back in this hotel.

Always amazed with the services which provided by the hotel. My room got upgraded one level above and its free also the waitress at hotel restaurant were kind and polite. The fav food is nasi goreng. Definitely will comeback soon. Thanks!!!

unfortunately, the hotel was below my expectation. the room was not cold enough, the food is slightly below the average with lack of choices. it is not an old hotel but the feeling that the hotel is worn out is obvious. i know that this is a recommended hotel for traveller to Solo, so you actually has a good opportunity to improve the services.

Spacious room nice bed but please routinely check the facilities. We had a nice breakfast They can listen out request. Nice staff who can help anytime we need. This is not my first trip here but we like the better sunlight view. Hopefully the hotel is growing better and better
