A very welcoming and friendly hotel. After staying at this hotel a few times on business. I have to say there are some members of staff that go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Tarik was exactly this. Making me feel welcome and always happy to help. A very positive and friendly member of staff that the Pullman should find more of. The room is clean, spacious with acceptable WiFi. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is a spacious and clean too. The gym could be better equipped and maybe some drawers in the room as the storage for a weeks stay is limited. That being said, I’d happily recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Liverpool. The location is nice as you can walk along the docks and soak up the atmosphere of an evening.

Excellent hotel for our stay in Liverpool. A shout out to Jack, the bell captain in the lobby, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming and provided us with great information. He made our stay more special. Our king size room was comfortable and a decent size with a good water view, the room and bathroom amenities met our needs. The lobby bar area is nicely designed and comfortable, with great drinks (as well as coffee drinks) and we enjoyed the live music. Almost any time of day guests are hanging out in the lobby/bar which provides a nice atmosphere. Our rate included breakfast and we appreciated that breakfast runs until 11:00 am, although coming on the very late side means that the hot food is more lukewarm and some of the buffet items were running low (to be expected). I would say that the location is slightly more out of the way than I expected. I liked being along the water with easy access to Albert Dock, the Beatles Story, Liverpool Museum and other waterfront locations. And it is walking distance into the city from the hotel, anywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 20 min walk. But the walk feels a bit long in windy, cold, occasionally misty April weather.

We had a lovely weekend in Liverpool and stayed at The Pullman. A great location near to the docks, the museums and a short walk to the World famous Cavern Club! We had a lovely breakfast and the bars were great. I would dfinitely recommend and return. The staff were all very friendly.

Fabulous stay with a great room overlooking the Mersey. Tarik served us breakfast and we want to say a massive thank you to him. Tarik went out of his way to accommodate my breakfast request despite it being the end of service. It's the touches like this that make the stay so much more enjoyable. We will return.

Ella was the hotel manager and she was amazing. Check in was fast and she was so nice to accommodate my family in a larger room with two additional beds. On their other hand, Anca the room attendant was very friendly and left water and chocolates for the kids. Definitely recommend Pullman in Albert Dock for families! Location great as it is in front of the Wheel of Liverpool. English Breakfast good too!
