This is the second time we've stayed at the Pullman. Great location if you're on a night out at the M&S arena. The reception staff and bar staff are great and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast really let the place down. Coffee and tea meant to be served by staff but we had to ask for this after we'd finished our breakfast. Even then it was another 10 minutes before it arrived. Gave up on eggs as the rest of my food would have been cold by the time it was served with the queue. Highly recommend the hotel itself but breakfast was a huge letdown for the price.

Always enjoy it here at The Pullman. This time around I met a man called Tarik who works for the company. He was super helpful and friendly when it came to making sure everything was right for the family. It makes a difference. Thanks and we’ll be back.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel again from the 15th April for 3 days we had a lovely time as always. We were greeted by the lovely Paige who went above and beyond to make us welcome, she is such a lovely person also roni from the restaurant always makes us very welcome, and the bar staff always with a smile. Always love to come back we are coming back on the 25th October for 3 days if not before, so see you all soon. From patsy x

Visited as had tickets for a show at the arena. Checkin efficient. Evening Restaurant food good and could choose between bar menu and restaurant menu. Room very comfortable with large bed, clean and modern amenities. Following the show, the bar was absolutely packed - huge bar queue and standing room only- for the ‘flagship’ hotel linked to the arena this area is really not big enough or staffed efficiently. Breakfast was terrible. Had to queue for over 15 minutes for a table and , when we were taken through, the restaurant was half empty! Hot drink order taken but didn’t arrive until we’d finished the breakfast, no plates available, no granola and a very untidy cold breakfast collection. Fresh fruit was not fresh (dry, bendy melon!!) and the waffle was so stale it shattered into crumbs. Hot food selection fairly good and definitely the best part. Toast bread was very stale with only white bread available. A real disappointment following other reviews/photos. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again.

Having been 3 times before the Pullman was always our Go To hotel, however a few things have spoilt our views, The first room we were put into the TV didn't work, the guy who came up was lovely, as are most of the staff, but admitted he didn't know what was wrong and would see what to do, I know it's only the TV but I like it on while in the room, a few minutes later he called to say we could swap rooms, all good. The room was a few doors down and seemed Fine . Once in we noticed how unclean it was , not just dusty everywhere but things left on the floor that a simple once over with a hoover would have solved, the bin had all rubbish around it and we found allsorts of general rubbish around the bed etc. Other things that seemed to have changed were no sky sports on the TV, weve always had that but now it's mysteriously been removed again not a biggie but still a shame, we also found the pillows a bit strange and no extra pillows or alternatives in the cupboard, premier inn offers extra , but not the 4 star Pullman,made sleeping very uncomfortable, as one pillow rock hard and the other , a huge square thing , very very fluffy, pity there wasn't options . Lastly and I know it's not the hotels fault but noisy ignorant drunk folk at all hours shouting down the corridors , maybe signs up asking people to be considerate to others or a mention in the help guide. Overall this hotel wasn't cheap and we probably would have had better sleep in a cheaper place. Not sure if I'll be back for a fifth visit as this really didn't live up to expectations this time.
