Stayed 4 nights here. The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast buffet is superb. Hotel and room were clean. It was quiet at night. Air condition a bit difficult to set up. Two water bottles per night were provided. Free newspapers were missing.

My room was full of burn marks on the furniture and carpet, the carper was old and stained, the shower was leaking and shower cubicle yellow from limescale. There were no coat hangers and drawers had missing nobs. The aircon very loud.

I will not stay at this hotel again. This hotel used to be my choice before 2020 where I stayed here once a year since 2014. However, I was really dissapointed during my last stay last month due to these reasons: 1. Very slow check in 2. Very old room given with old furniture and smelly room. 3. Very bad breakfast. Better breakfast outside of the hotel. I hope one day this hotel will be changed with new management and refurbished very soon. It is not up to Novotel standard. Thank you.

I cannot believe this is listed as 4 star Novotel.does not deserve one star. Facilities are not maintained, water smells mild, i requested an arrangement taxi and never turn up even they charged double of Uber. Don’t stay in this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel good location not far walk to kingdom centre and tower sky bridge also STC store for a mobile SIM card which reception recommended me to go..Reception were accomodating to my needs they did their best to help me especially for my first time in Riyadh.The room wasn’t too bad the carpet needs attention and the furniture in the lobby needs a bit of improvement.If you needed your room to be tidied by housekeeping you had remind them or the reception.
