Me and my son stayed at Sofitel for 2 weeks and we’ve had the holiday of our lives. The resort is stunning and the staff are so attentive and friendly. Natali who is part of the pool team was especially kind and always made sure to come and say hello to us everyday no matter where we sat. Her smile and warm nature always made our day. I can’t recommend Sofitel enough for families and Nusa Dua in general. It is very safe and clean compared to other tourist areas. The only constructive feedback is the hotel needs more entertainment in the evening. It’s fine for young families going to bed early but some livelier acts a few nights a week would really add some life to the resort.

I had a great stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua. Very good service , expectant location , access to the beach and main road for walking. Personal at the hotel very helpful and friendly. I had a photo session with the Dreams Studio , and it is the memories I am taking back home. Team professional and Risma was very helpful in support with the session and recommending photo locations. Highly recommended!!!

service by the pool is amazing , cant fault the team whatsoever with their efforts and work ethics beyond expectations , the guys gusmang and dewi a special mention to suarti , this woman was exceptional with her services and her commitments to her job role , she goes above and beyond the realm with providing support and 5 star service to her customers at Sofitel Bali , she would never complain , always smile & remain professional . She is always on her feet and ensuring everyone by the pool is safe & is treated well at all times , whether that’s if we want to eat , drink or if we’ve had anything to eat . Services from Suarti were extremely helpful and superb !! ❤️😊

Sofitel Hotel Nusa dua Very nice hotel and beautiful room Nice and clean but swimming pool is very dirty got infected my legs and feet very badly right now, I’m on the pool in hotel now. The don’t clean the pool with my family with the 12 people, we booked six rooms not recommending at all

Great resort,food and pool. Service from Arya poolside best in class. Arya was very friendly and efficient in his services he was easy to chat to and was very humorous in conversation. He is approachable and a classic example of great service.
