The service from ARY is absolutely amazing. Very polite and helpful. The best service I have had in Bali and I have been here 10 times 👌❤️ ARY should have a pay rise for making customers so welcome. Wishing her all the best in the future. As a business owner my self I would classify ARI as one of my best assets.

Vacation at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua for 3nights and it was really amazing our two children love the place so muvh the room was clean the staff was fantastic especially mention to Miss Asri at kids club juni, eka, and lili that assisting our kids they really happy once our kids happy we can enjoy our private time

Me and My girl friend had a great night in Sofitel Nusa Dua. Specially thanks to Andika in Cucina. We enjoyed nice Music, Nice food and great service in Cucina. Best place for couple and big family. We saw many couple and family in Sofitel having a good time :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort with my family. Our room with a plunge pool was perfect, and the access to the business lounge was an added bonus. The staff was amazing, and they treated us all very well. A special thanks to Gita, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She even took my daughter on a personalized tour of the hotel, which she loved! We tried all three of the resort's specialty restaurants, and they were all fantastic. Seafood in Manarai , was a particular highlight. One of the greatest things about this hotel for families is the fantastic kids' club. It has a great location with outdoor space and a variety of activities to keep children entertained. They even have childcare for babies, which gave us much-needed relaxation time. I highly recommend this hotel for families. We had an amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back again soon .

We had a photoshoot with Dream Studio Bali at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The team - Wulan, Risma and our photographer Julio - were fantastic and made the shoot a breeze especially with a toddler. Thank you again for the capturing such beautiful photos and the memories we get to keep!
