We stay here for 2 nights. When we arrived in this hotel the lady reception was very rude to us. She asked for my name during check in, I told her that perhaps I can give her my booking number which is easy for her because my name is written in the confirmation, because foreign name perhaps is difficult to understand she still requested my name in very rude way, then I told her my name but she could not get then we fought for a bit during checked in I have been spent 10 days in Europe this trip, a mong 1 week in Germany. I have booked in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Singen, Geneva, Nice and Paris all with Ibis but on this Frankfurt hotel has the worst receptionist Will never book this hotel again. Nevertheless, I’m a member of Accor.

Excellent Location in the heart of Frankfurt near a metro station, tramway, supermarket,restaurant,coffee Easy and fast check in, thanks to receptionist for early check in Very clean room much more than i expected, very quiet, strong wifi, air conditioning works well, good value for money I highly recommend this hotel

A great location, very convenient connection by public transport, very nice & helpful staff!, clean rooms, reasonable prices, very good wi-fi service, some nice addresses to eat in the surroundings - backeries, restaurants. My highest & honest recommendation!

Room was comfortable, clean, well maintained. Good powerful shower. Good value breakfast. Tram and Ubahn approx 200m from hotel. 10-15 mins to city centre. You could take a riverside walk to city centre, with good paths on both sides, approx 5 min from hotel to riverside and 40 mins walk.

It was just ok and above the average. Nice clean room with a modern look. Nice breakfast.Value for money. The position of the hotel is very closed to the ECB building, the underground station and the tram no11 line.
