The breakfast staff was amazing, very polite, special Rebeka and the manager. Rebeka always tried to make our stay pleasant, smiling all the time and she found activities for our children so we could enjoy a good coffee at height. We will return with pleasure.

We really liked the hotel. It's clean, well-maintained. The view from the window is magnificent. And the staff is very nice, especially the girls from the restaurant Rebeka and Aline.

Best experience! Great staff! Top breakfast, the ladies were great, the manager and Rebeka was very helpful and nice! The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very supportive with the marathon participants organizing a special breakfast and champagne and special medals.

Please don't waste your money. The rooms are unclean, pretty sure there were bodily fluids on the floor. The facilities are unclean, including female changing rooms, pool and sauna areas. Cockroach found near drain in sauna. My partner and I had incredibly itchy skin after using the pool. Not 4* - better off with a Premier Inn as at least these are clean.

I am so sorry we disappointed you so much. Please be assured that I am addressing the issues you have highlighted however I can assure you that we do not have an issue with cockroaches or bodily fluids on the floors of the rooms. The pool is dosed and the chemicals checked every 2 hours to ensure the H&S of our guests and we will close the pool if there are any irregularities shown in the testing. Staff is great and notably Rado. He is Always very welcoming, speak many different languages. Is very professional and proactive by asking if any needs (taxi, places around the hotel). Definitely one of the best hotel receptionist person I dealt with Thanks Rado
