Hotel was really nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location of hotel is actually pretty good because of great public transportation. There is a lot of tram and bus lines that go in the center of Vienna and also metro is really close. There is parking available in the garage beneath the hotel and we were really lucky because we took the last spot. We booked a family suite but they were overbooked and moved us to 2 separate rooms which was even better, but they didn’t charge anything extra. Would recommend staying there if you’re visiting Vienna.

Comfortable hotel, a little out the way but with great transport links. We had a top floor room with slanted roof which was nice. Arrived early and told our room wasn't ready, mentioned paying for early checking and miraculously it was ready - costing us 30 euro. Bathroom was OK but shower pressure was poor. Would stay again due to the price and the close transport links.

フロント、ロビー、廊下、客室など、とてもスタイリッシュで素敵なデザインでした。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、片言の英語でも親切に対応していただきました。 また、１階のカフェも居心地が良く、コーヒー等を美味しく頂きました。 またウィーンを訪れた際は、宿泊したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Room is clean and has enough space. Breakfast is tasty and rich. Location is close to public transport. Parking lot is available with 6.90 € daily. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Elevators are sufficient and have large space. Noise of metro train may be disturbing rarely.

Room was dirty, with crumbs on the carpet. 4 of 6 of our party became ill and vomited after eating buffet breakfast. Not the quality I have come to expect from Ibis Styles. Normally love these hotels and the staff, however staff here unfriendly and unwelcoming.
