The hotel is conveniently located a couple of minutes from a stop on tram 14, which takes you to the main train station in 15 minutes. The staff (reception/breakfast) was friendly and helpful. We got one of the twin rooms on the 4th floor (steep stairs/no elevator but they ask you when checking in if that's Ok). The room was spacious but I would have appreciated more space to keep your clothes (there are no drawers, only a wardrobe with hangers which is not convenient when you are staying for a few days). I don't know if it was because we were on the last floor but the Wi-fi connection was often slow. As a vegan, the breakfast was nothing memorable: plant-based milk and yogurt, baked beans, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, bread and jam. Basic but too expensive for what you get. All-in-all, a good value for the price; but still some things could be improved.

The room was very clean and suited our needs for our stay. Appreciated having kettle with tea , coffee, sugar supplied. Milk not supplied. Supermarket very close by to get any extras. An excellent location for shops and sightseeing.......

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The staff was really nice and the room always clean. It's not that far from the heart of the city by walking, but if you want there are the public transport near. I was surprise to find out we were near a street market with really good food and souvenirs.

重たい私のトランクをチェックイン、アウト両方とも上階の私の部屋まで運んでくれてありがとうございます。４日前に日本からやってきてあまり移動したくないために中央駅近くのホテルに泊まりましたが高かった記憶があります。初めてのオランダでしたが最初からこのホテルに泊まればよかったと思いました。フロントの方が皆親切で丁寧な対応で印象が良いです。また日本人の観光客がお世話になる際は宜しく頼みます。

Great little hotel, a stone’s throw from Frederiksplein, Amstel and the Albert Cuyp market. We stayed in the family room which had super high ceilings, lovely windows and a great modern bathroom. The front desk staff were super helpful, superb customer service.
