My Name is Nadezhda. I was staying in your hotel from 5/02/2024 till 10/02/2024. To say I'm disappointed is to say nothing. 1) I was charged a 100 EUR deposit, and I saw another people on the reception who was not and who was staying also for 5 nights. It is a discrimination because I'm from Russia I suppose. Other way I can't explain this. Moreover NO INFORMATION ABOUT DEPOSIT WAS DURING BOOKING. 2) The deposit WAS NOT REFUNDED! despite of the refund ticket send by hotel... I called to my bank and they said that money, that was frozen before is now debited from the account! It was the last time I visited your hotels as well as my family. I'm totally disappointed with such a bad practice in such a famous hotel chain. Now I have only one question. Where is my money?!

Be carefull: You have to pay a deposit of 100€ on the first day. They say it will be refunded to you on the day you leave. I'm still trying to get my money back. I wrote e-mails and made phonecalls from the Netherlands to Paris. I finally got my money back, or I thougt, cause today they again took 100€ from my account. Not very customer friendly! Etre averti. Ca demande beaucoup d'efforts de récupérez vôtre caution. Quand j'ai finalement récuperé mes 100€, l'hôtel l'a simplement radié a nouveau quelques heures plus tard. Maintenant je dois agir a nouveau. Pas vraiment convival!

If you want sleep in calm place, this aparthotel will be your choice. Well located in a calm street between two metro stations (+- 300m of each one) this aparhotel offers suitable apartments with a small kitchen and a big bathroom for long stays. Salutes to M.Tantely from Brazil.

Overall a great stay! Excellent staff that made me feel valued and welcome, within waking distance from 2 major metro lines, located around great cafes, bars, and award winning restaurants. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. I’ll stay again in my next stay in Paris because I felt that I was living in a true Parisian neighborhood away from all the touristy overcrowded areas.
