部屋は広く、洗濯機やキッチンも付いていて良かったが、掃除がいまいちだった。トイレの汚れ、髪の毛が床に落ちてる等。キッチンのカトラリーも汚れていた。

False Advertising of Their Star Rating

This Hotel is in no way a 4 Star Hotel, given it doesn't have its own Restaurant and Bar, making it, in our opinion, a 2 Star motel. They advertise they have a mini bar in each rooms, but there wasn't one. The room was very run down with several fixture and furnishing issues. The Fri/Sat noise from the bar below made it impossible to sleep until after 2am. We would certainly not use this substandard motel again.!!!!

Great location to catch ferries and for eating places, but very noisy on a Friday and Saturday night. Needs a good clean as there was black mould around the sealant in the bathroom and around the shower trap. No luggage racks, only one chair to view the viaduct, and the European pillows were terrible. No pillow protectors. Please note, you have to pay for the internet. $10 per day which is a bit off, as the room was $500 a night. Staff were very helpful when we had a couple of issues.

Our room was booked by the tour operator who didn’t get us a harbour facing room - which I reckon would have been worth the extra! However, our room did have a kitchen a washing machine and tumble drier, and joy of joys after a month in a campervan a bath! The duty manager - Mr Lim - could not have been more kind and helpful. Top marks. The hotel location is excellent too - 2 minutes walk from harbour front. 5 minutes walk from a bungee at SkyTower if you like that sort of thing!

Terrible. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible property. I booked through Expedia so some of my feedback is relevant to their profile there. - The MOST important thing you'll read about this hotel... IT IS ABOVE MANY PUBS AND VENUES WITH LIVE MUSIC. We stayed on a Saturday night and no joke, I could tell you every song that band played while I was upstairs trying to sleep before my 7am flight. The band stopped at about 3am after playing Stacy's Mom... I could hear it all from my room. Insane. At 3am, the consumer has the option of complaining and packing up to shift rooms for an hour before they leave or just trying to push through. If they put you on the second floor on a weekend, goodluck! - Free WiFi on their Expedia profile inclusions. Once there, we were told its like $10 for average speed or $24 for high speed. We told the guy we only book this place because of its location + parking (I'll get to that in a second) and its WiFi. We are international tourists, I need the ability to call people via WiFi. The service rep spoke over me in a tone that made me think people complain about this regularly and said 'what room? I'll just cover it.' Before I'd finished my sentence. Great problem solving, but poor people skills. - Rooms are tired. SO tired. The TV is like 4 metres away from the bed or chairs so almost impossible to see. The room is long, which is weird, so no composition of furniture would make it look good. - PARKING - we had to park publicly in another car park, and there's no pull in bay to drop off suitcases. We then were told to go over to the big multi-level car park across the road because it'll cost $10 overnight. It didn't, it was $15... but I also booked this hotel on Expedia because they say they have covered parking available.... why was I then directed across the street? I'll never stay at this place again and will be sure everyone I know traveling to Auckland doesnt make the same mistake.
