Thank You all IBIS style staff for all. I had a second stay at your hotel after renovation, perfect- simple, clean, nice decorations. I like to stay once more again in nearest future. Price are very good too. Recomended. Gintaras

I stayed in the ibis central in Kaunas for 9 weeks , I found the room was comfortable and quiet , the hotel itself is a bit outside the centre but in Kaunas everything is spread out , to get to the old town or the shopping mall was only 2 or 3 euro in a bolt taxi so wasn’t really an issue . The hotel is situated next door to the bus station and a supermarket and few shops so easy to get supplies . The breakfast and food is pretty good and bar is ok €4 a beer All in all the rooms are kept clean and staff are friendly and helpful . On leaving I asked to get my points added to my all account but the never arrived , I contacted Laura the front office manage and it was sorted very quickly . For an ibis hotel this is a good one and the staff are great Well done

Good location for travelers, just next building to bus station, near train station. Good staff, good breakfast buffet. Hotel little bit old style, needs some redecoration. Coold at rooms at this moment. I have been several times, its good, but needs little bit extra to " very good".

We’ve stayed in many Ibis hotels over the years and always been satisfied but sadly not this time. The bathroom was filthy. Huge dirty handprint on the wall above toilet. I shudder to think what was on the persons hand. 1 of the towels was covered in what looked like blood stains. There was a lot of noise coming from the room next door. This was probably made worse by the fact it was an adjoining room. The room itself and hotel were adequate. The breakfast was poor. Staff were polite. The hotel is situated a long way from the town. It is next to the bus station and close to railway station.

Absolutely don't care about clients, arrogant and indifferent staff

Totally disaster. Tried to stay in this hotel September 10th with no success (like many other guests I witnessed in the reception that day). At 6 p.m. on arriving to the hotel where were no cleaned rooms, but we were promised to get one after the concert. We arrived after 10 p.m. after the concert and got the key. And surprise- room wasn't cleaned after previous guests. Tried to solve somehow that problem, but I was offered money back and get away without any attempts to excuse (like couple of tourist before me). Almost at the middle of night, which was very crowded and no options in other hotels in Kaunas to stay. My reccomendation- Avoid this place!
