The room was decent with separate washroom and bathing area. Breakfast was also decent but with limited options for vegetarians. Location is perfect and very close to main station and the lake. The bus stop was also closeby. Hotel staff was also helpful.

Stayed one night while we were visiting Lucerne, the hotel offers a very convenient location to explore around. Handy to the station and amenities. Very central location and staff were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one, particular mention for Bjorn who is very humble and kind and another female (night duty) she was super helpful too. The room was ample however the hotel could do with a makeover especially carpet and bathroom. Overall decent to sleep while you explore the beauty of Lucerne / Luzern. Thanks Ibis Styles!!! *pics of hotel and nearby areas!!!!

Expensive budget hotel

My most expensive stay ever at a budget hotel. The room was spacious but this was the end of the pros of this place. It badly needs a renovation, the door, the furniture, the paint on the walls, the bathroom - everything was timeworn.

Location is fantastic, so close to everything we wanted to see. Thought the room and breakfast was perfect for a 3 star hotel. great assortment of breakfast items for all nationalities. Parents in 1 room teenage kids in another - hallelujah!! We were on the 5th floor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable Would definately recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised as we checked in & received a warm welcome from Park the charming receptionis who gave us all the information we needed plus the free travel card to use during our stay. Our room on the 4th floor was bright & cheery with twin beds, tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water, a good sized bathroom with towells, shower gel , shampoo& plenty of hot water. The room was spotlessly clean, warm & looked out onto a courtyard, very quiet too.Breakfast was a varied selection of fresh fruit,juices, cereals, yoghurts, along with eggs, scrambled & boiled, bacon , sausages, cold meats & cheeses, various breads & pastrties. Free tea, coffee was available from the breakfast room throughout the day which was always very welcome on our return from the cold wet weather. The location was perfect very close to the centre of town, restaurants, shops & all transport links. We were very happy we chose this hotel & will definitely be back again.
