Give best staycation experience. Warm welcome from front desk and in-room services. The staff is very warm and helpful, give us extra miles with greeting and surprise. Many choice of breakfast , western, Japanese, Chinese and indonesian food available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. Thank you to Syarifah, Rara, and Aisyah for making our stay special with the romantic room setup! We had a wonderful time and appreciate their great service. We will definitely come back again. Excellent Breakfast but too much noise + Serious Plumbing Issues in Bathroom

The hotel has excellent breakfast buffet (a large variety of Asian and Western dishes and drinks), and the hospital staff were quite friendly and helpful overall. However, the hotel rooms and facilities are not ageing well and are in serious need of a major renovation. Floor tiles show cracks here and there. I stayed in Room 614 (go and check the room out please), where the bathroom's ceiling was leaking water almost continuously (presumably from leaking/broken water pipes that are in the ceiling directly above where the shower is). I understand that March was somewhat the Ramadan period for Indonesia, but the hotel placed too much emphasis on maximizing revenue from food & beverages: after 6pm the numerous extra dinner tables that were set up outside the restaurant area overflowed quite obtrusively into the lobby area, visibly obstructing the way for other guests who were not participating in the festival. Chaotic & noisy.

I truly regret the unfavorable series of events that have happened and would like to apologize for the shortcomings you have experienced during your stay. I can assure you that it deeply saddens me that the memory of your recent visit is a rather disappointing one. I have no excuse for such unfavorable circumstances that you had to go through and I sincerely apologize for our shortcomings. I regret that the turn of events has snowballed to your frustration, and agree that we could have handled the situation much better. As a global premium brand, we take great pride in providing the highest levels of service to our guests, ensuring each and every need is met. Therefore we regret to read that there was a breach in our product quality which is a legitimate room leaking and stay experience especially our crowded lobby. Feedback from our guests is paramount to us and remains our biggest learning tool. This helps us to evaluate our shortcomings in order to make sure that the room experience of leakage does not recur in the future. Likewise, it’s a reminder for us to be more strategic with our logistics and show discipline with our process so as not to compromise our guest experience. Mr. Jeeradit, we thank you for your understanding regarding our Restaurant - Sana Sini breakfasting condition. We pride ourselves to hold a high reputation for our food and dining experience hence the enthusiasm is often anticipated. I could only hope that there would be an opportunity for us to recover your trust and make it up to you on your next visit. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and feel free to let us know for your next travel plans as we would very much welcome the opportunity to redeem ourselves and make sure that your next stay goes and remains beyond your expectations.
