We always choose Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel in terms of business meeting and accommodation for our special Guests. All Staffs are friendly and very helpful, especially for Mr. Alexander Prabowo as Marketing Leader there. Overall we were satisfied for the cleanliness environment, good services and all food served including the complimentary. Great Job.

The staff is really kind and attention to detail. Clean nice big room. The breakfast is great and quite variatief. Special thanks to Ade Duty Manager & Fia from GRO who prepare the room for our special occasion.

Friendly staffs, comfortable beds. Thin walls as i can hear people from the next room talking, and i couldn’t sleep because next door watched tv until 2 or 3 am, i can hear their tv sound. Room need deep Cleaning and renovation, the rack in the bathroom is slanted, shower room has mould and wall in the room has so many dust.

What a big thanks to front office team!!!!!! Especially lila at Guest Relation Officer who made my room decoration for my wife's birthday. Thanks to housekeeping team, the room is clean and comfort. Bathroom ok clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful. Cant wait to back again for holiday at mercure alam sutera.
