I attended an event for Perthshire Businesswomen's Network as a committee member in the Kinnoull Suite. It's obviously a historic building and very much has that feel about it but the space worked well for us. The staff were brilliant, in particular, Karen and the Chef (sorry I can't remember his name) but also the staff on duty including Deanna, Caryn, Laura and Lauren.

So much character and doesn’t feel like you’re right in the centre of town. Got parked outside too. Room was big and perfect. Massive bed for a double room. Reception looks amazing and the breakfast was outstanding. Only fault I would say was that the drinks at the bar were very expensive. A pint and a vodka and coke came to nearly £12 and they never cleaned out rooms and gave only 1 towel so had to ask for more

Deanna and Lauren are terrific ambassadors for your company and should be given a raise immediately. They dealt with a potentially difficult situation with grace and humour, finding a solution. Your staff are your biggest assets.

Had a great stay here!! Breakfast and bar was brilliant, would definitely stay here again! Was perfect for a nice weekend away with friends, very central to the centre with great facilities near by. Lovely staff who were very accommodating and helpful!

Fantastic stay, came with my partner for Valentines and it was so lovely! Breakfast was amazing, such wonderful staff who made the effort to make the stay as amazing as possible!
