The hotel is a little worn already - there is many new options around, but of course at a higher price. If you are looking for 5-star quality from (estimated) ten years ago that is well maintained and offered at a reasonable price this is right for you. Pool, sauna and gym included, friendly (though not always English speaking) service, central location in a quiet park (you hear the birds singing in the morning)… good international breakfast - this is a very good and reasonable place to stay in Xiamen for all purposes.

The Pullman is definitely one of the best options when staying in Xiamen. Among its main benefits are the beautiful views, next to a very nice park great for evening or morning strolls and its very affordable price. Although most staff doesn’t speak English they are all friendly. Special mention to Annie in the restaurant and James at the front desk as well as the cleaning crew on the 8th floor. Great stay overall

The Staff is very helpful and the location of the Hotel is good. There is a parks and river next to the Hotel and the environment is very good. The room is spacious and clean. The only setback is the breakfast is below expectation.

I stayed for 2 days. I had event in their ballroom. Tablecloths many hole on it like one start hotel. English is International language, but none can speak English fluently, quite hard to communicate with all staff. Accor Please teach them English to make Better communicate with international guests.
