出張のため利用させていただきましたが、ホテルに関しては一切不満は無く、スタッフの方もフレンドリーで快適な滞在でした。ただし、今回の宿泊予約は旅行会社を通して予約しましたが、予定変更の際にダブルブッキングが発生し、1日分宿泊の二重請求が発生しました。当方側の旅行会社との連携の問題もありますが、受付で予約状況を確認した上で予定変更にかかる予約をしたにも関わらず「システムの問題で返金できない」はいかがなものかと思います。宿泊者が実際に使用していないサービスを請求するのはホテルの評判を落とすだけのため、システムの問題でキャンセルができないのであれば別の方法で返金対応を行うなど、改善されることを希望します。特に外国人宿泊者はこのような点に懸念を抱くことが多いので、一度このような二重請求を経験すると、次回はそのホテルを利用することはなくなります。

Pretty much Standard Ibis- Go Ahead and Book It.

It's an Ibis Hotel- what could go wrong? Well not much. The room was pretty much a standard Ibis room, the same type of thing that you would get anywhere else in the world. The location of the hotel was excellent, with trams and trains a short walk away, supermarkets nearly next door and an entertainment district with heaps of bars and eateries close by. The price point was 'spot on' for what you were getting. Look if you want somewhere reasonable, with Accor points and a great location go ahead and book it.

The air in my room seemed a bit dry. The service was really good but the breakfast seemed expensive. The coffee was great and the rooms were clean and secure. I had a reservation pro lem on checkin but it was quickly resolved. The location to the Izban and tramway was good.
