All facilities were excellent. Daily breakfast was excellent. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive thank you our FB manager thap for Phuket recommended Location and our drink very tasty we enjoy with music at the bar lobby with wine variety we very enjoyed it

Food is really good , from local to international. We have had a great experience with cooking classes facilitated by Jasmin who was very friendly and made the experience extra special . The experience starts with a visit to the local vegetable market then you head back to the hotel .The class was led by Chef Mon who did an excellent job teaching us each step of the dishes . I highly recommend this class and best part that it was private

Damp in all rooms! STAY AWAY from this hotel!

Our anticipation for a luxurious 5-star experience at this hotel was met with disappointment. Despite booking a standard room, we were greeted by a pervasive smell of dampness upon arrival, accompanied by consistently wet floors and bed sheets throughout our 6-night stay. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of hotel staff, the offered solutions were inadequate, indicating a systemic problem with dampness in the establishment. Even after being relocated to another room, the same issues persisted. We would walk into our room annenden the floor would be wet, so many times I was going to slip. We would have to call reception every night getting in to ask them to come and change the sheet because of how wet it would be. Additionally, the service we received was appalling, with management displaying a lack of urgency in addressing our concerns about obtaining a refund to seek accommodation elsewhere. The offered £150 refund was a mere fraction of the amount we had paid for our stay, leaving us feeling undervalued and dissatisfied with our experience. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and frustrating hotel stays we've ever experienced.

Hello Fatma and thank you for your comments (and the copy/paste as well from google). You've been asking for a full refund since day one and despite our efforts and proposal to change rooms. We moved you into a villa at the end and agreed on a refund too as the last thing we wanted was to disappoint you on your holidays and hopefully hope for a nicer review. End of April and early May is always challenging in term of weather with humidity levels going up to 92-94*. They are things we can't really control and this might be one of those.
