We are very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience and that you were dissatisfied with our bathrooms, rooms, shower, and staff. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the small bathrooms, the noisy rooms, and the cold shower. We understand that these are unacceptable and frustrating situations, and we are working hard to improve them as soon as possible. We are thrilled to hear that you had a great stay at our hotel and enjoyed our location, our amenities, our staff, and our breakfast. We appreciate your feedback and we are happy to inform you that we are in the progress of changing the AC system and the project will be completed and finished in two months time. We should not face any AC noise with a modern and new system. Regarding the shower curtains, I have shared your comment with the housekeeper manager and they will be changed immediately. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location of our hotel, just outside the entrance to Paddington station, which makes it very convenient for travellers arriving from Heathrow airport or exploring the city. We are also glad that you found our front desk staff friendly and helpful, and that you appreciated the cleanliness of our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the size and the soundproofing of your room, as well as the breakfast quality.
