Good hotel with great food in the area

I booked because of the good rate. Nothing to complain. Room and bath was big enough for me. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy of course. The area looks a bit sketchy, but I had no problems. Lots of good restaurants around, I think most are indian. Tube like 7 minutes away with direct connection to Heathrow. Check in and out was fast. For your prayer needs there is a mosque next to the hotel

Budget room but clean and useable.

Clean and does what it says on the tin. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but plenty on the floor by reception. Breakfast had everything needed from a cold selection. Bed more on the hard side but that's my preference so no issue. Pillow a bit thick for my liking but no big issue. Only reason I've given 4 not 5. The shower is in the bedroom. Not in a bathroom. Okay if you don't mind but. As the room is snug, nowhere to go when the other person is showering.

30 pounds for 1 hour early check in

The hotel charges an insane amount to check in early. 30 pounds to access the room one hour ahead is insane. Receptionist barely acknowledges you as you arrive. Almost like your an inconvenience to her. Also the lift is broken Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else where they don't treat their guests as a cash machine.

Helped with rebooking needs due to a family emergency, but only after persistency from myself. Were definitely not wanting/willing to help otherwise. Even when they were helping with a previous issue and then a system error on their end that caused a lot of confusion and stress, the awful attitude and rudeness was very apparent over the phone and via email. Only added to the want to cancel my booking. Definitely not customer focused service.
