We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences and challenges you faced during your stay, and we appreciate your detailed feedback. We are deeply sorry for the plumbing issue that led to water flooding in your room. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide our guests, and we understand the seriousness of the situation, especially with regards to potential safety hazards. Our maintenance team is currently investigating and addressing the plumbing problem to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Regarding the housekeeping concerns, we are disappointed to hear that the cleanliness of your room did not meet our standards. Rest assured, we are taking immediate action to review our housekeeping procedures and provide additional training to our team to prevent such oversights. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the room key card. This issue should not have occurred, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure it does not happen again. Your frustration in this matter is entirely justified, and we are committed to improving this aspect of our service. In response to your request for a room closer to your young grandchildren, we understand the importance of accommodating family needs.
