I have a meaningful trip in Da Nang and also book a room in Grand Mercure near Tran Thi Ly bridge with affordable price for 2 people. When I entering to the hotel, I have received many hospitality and warm-hearted of the staff in here. The hotel provided many service that I need to access to another tourist attractions such as Hoi An Ancient Town, Ba Na hills, The Mable mountain, Son Tra peninsula, My Khe beach, Dragon bridge etc. I will return back this hotel in the near future. I really love this place and also the local people in here.

I have been in Grand Mercure Da Nang Hotel for three days and have a wonderful time in here. The staff are very friendly and kindness, especially Miss Truc. The location of the hotel is very convenient for me to access everywhere I want. Perfect service with reasonable price of car renting, Ba Na hills ticket, etc. the buffer breakfast at the ground floor is very savory and flavorful. I will return back this hotel in the near future with my wife and children.

one of the most beautiful 5star hotel in danang. very hospitality and lovely staff. we love the room with river view😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 I like breakfast here such as pho soup. the privilege lounge is quite and cozy 🤩😕😂😌😌😌😌😈😂😈😈😌😈😈🤪😈🤪😈😀

First, I want to thank the entire staff and especially Ms. Tram at the front desk for being so kind and going above and beyond with her hospitality. I also enjoyed the private lounge on the top floor and the hotel gym. The lobby is beautiful and I also got a chance to try the restaurant on the first floor which I really enjoyed. My room did not feel like a 5-star hotel room as the furniture was a bit old and worn and needed to be replaced. The desk drawer would not close all the way for some reason. It's not a problem, but I was a bit surprised for a 5-star hotel. I hope to return in the future and try out some of the other local eateries nearby.
