While we cannot control the actions of individuals in the vicinity, we do take guest safety seriously and have security measures in place to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. We are glad to hear that you found the bed comfortable and had a good night's sleep. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the size of the room and the limited number of sockets. Your feedback has been duly noted, and we will consider ways to improve the room facilities for our future guests. Regarding breakfast, we apologize if it did not meet your expectations. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the smoky smell in your bathroom. We understand how unpleasant this must have been for you, despite the efforts made to eliminate the odor.
