Pullman hanoi . If you will choose a hotel in hanoi I strongly suggest Pullman hanoi because staff are all accomodating , ready to help you . Will never forget our stay at pullman thank you pullman for our vacation more extravagant. Special mention to Ms.huong,hong anh,Ms minh for accomodating us . And executive chef the food is super good .

Amazing stay with this hotel. Almost you don’t want to go out anymore because everything already there. Location is walkable to all tourist spot. Easy access to all local shops. I would like to express my fully thanks to a great and best staff Ms. HUONG, HONG ANH and Ms. Minh. If you gonna check in there please look them up they are amazing person. Feel so sad to leave this hotel. I will make sure to be back here with my family. Thank you so much PULLMAN Hanoi

I want to give a special mention to the concierge team who helped us out with all our final arrangements . In particular, Tom! We were there on a business trip and didn't have much time to explore the city, but on our checkout day we met Tom who helped us to get an exotic fruits. He also kindly arranged for us to take the hotel shuttle into town, which was a great surprise. Then on departure he arranged for us a lux car to the airport for an amazing price. We were thrilled with this! The kindness and willingness to make your stay at this hotel is off the charts! I recommend this hotel, this guy Tom, and be aware to ask help in any case that you have planned in Hanoi, you will find full open support.

Always in good service and great experience staffs. Ms Huong at 10th flr Executive Lounge gave a professional grade of service during check out. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast at 10th flr was simple and good quiet atmosphere and good views.
