Mong is a very helpful staff. He helps us to move to more comfortable space at breakfast room. And offer us some preferable iced coffee. He’s full of service mind.

Great new and clean rooms, very nice breakfast offering and fantastic service. The staff is always very eager to help and provides a great service mind. Beach Club is also very unique and offers great sunset views. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Pattaya

We have spent 6 nights at Pullman G. We stayed on 11th floor, nice room gorgeous view, room services did very well with their jobs. Everything was great, only the painting smell from renovation that disturbed us, which forced us to change the room to lower floor. Anyway, we understand this is the temporary situation. At the breakfast, we have received excellent service from the staffs especially LEO. He recognized our dining and drinking details and pattern very well. So, our favorite drinks came impressively almost right away when he saw us. We visit Pattaya in regular basis, and this was our first time with Pullman after many years. We would say people make this stay different. We definitely will go there again.
