We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel again. This time special thanks to Housekeeping service in the person of Shashi on the 23th floor! Thanks for the warm stay. Because Tripadvisor forces me to write at least 200 signs, I say it again: Thanks for the great stay!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the exceptional kindness and outstanding service that Mr. Kerolos and the reservation team at Sofitel Dubai extended to me during a recent hotel booking. Due to the unexpected heavy rainfall and unsettling situation in Dubai, I found myself in a difficult position with my hotel reservation. However, it was through Mr. Kerolos' commendable efforts that I was granted a free cancellation, ultimately resolving the issue. Amazing hotel!! Perfect fun for every person and family! Excellent facilities for children and the whole family, the hotel is very clean, the dining room is perfect and the staff is amazing!! I must mention and praise the receptionist Ravi who was amazing, very helpful and, kinfful, helped us in all things!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. A big shout out to Lamia who checked us in. Helped us exceptionally well. One of the best hotel service I received at check in world wide. We were stranded after our flights got cancelled and had no where to go. She amended our later booking so we could check in when we arrived

Specious and comfortable rooms. Always got plenty of water and coffee form the housekeeping staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff seemed very welcoming and approachable. The location of the hotel is good 10min walk to Dubai Mall and a convenient store right around the corner.
