Even worse that the full fat version it is connected too. Rooms resemble prison cells. No carpet. and mattresses firmer than mdf. Bedding clean but stained. Bathroom not dirty but not exactly clean. All just a bit depressing.

Great overnight stay. If you arrive late the vending machine sells everything including ready made dishes with a microwave right next to it. Rooms are simple but nicely decorated and clean, beds are comfy (only one flat pillow each though). Breakfast is good too for 6.50€, when others would charge double for same. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You've got a pizza place next door and McDonald's accross, also Sens cinema is just there, next to Au Bureau and all the shops, very handy.

Basic hotel, no frills, and yet very clean. Easy to find. Very comfortable and firm bed. Functional and clean bathroom with excellent shower, unusual - LED light built into shower head, changing colours when showering. Although the rooms are very quiet, the area is quite busy due to proximity of a shopping mall and restaurants. Free parking is limited, otherwise paid and secured parking available.

This IBIS Budget (Blue badge) is co-joined to the IBIS (Red badge) next door, both built in late 2016. Brand new. Excellent. Staff intelligent. We arrived at 2300hrs and the reception of the IBIS Red next door was staffed with an English speaking human. She had read my e-mail telling them we would arrive late, sent just an hour before Room impeccably clean. Window that opens, full blackout blind, and room has Air-con, contactless electronic key which also opens front door, proper bathroom with door (the earlier IBIS Budget design had just a curtain), large enclosed shower unit. WiFi is free and AWESOME ! 30Mb/s down on speedtest.net, fully teenager approved, as the site has fibre backbone. Standard LCD TV. Perfectly comfortable beds. LED lighting, slightly weird light switch. Great breakfast (7Euro) open till 1030hrs, again teenager proof. The Hotel is adjacent to a shopping centre, MacDo. masses of free parking outside in the shopping area, all floodlit at night. Further, if you wish to pay 7Euro per night they have secure parking inside a fully gated area for about 20 cars, although I don't get a sense that Sens (!) is the crime capital of Europe ! Access is easy it's on the ring-road and well-signed - **Be Aware** of road speed cameras in and around Sens, the departement seems to love them. I asked the staff if they had conference rooms, apparently there are some nearby, but not in the Hotel. Just superb value for money, I'm struggling to understand why anyone would pay for the IBIS red badge next door.

We arrived in the middle of the night and was greeted by three friendly and service minded persons. The rooms were small, but clean and perfect for this type of quick stop. The dog was welcomed in a warm manner. The drawback is the location of the hotel; in the middle of a shopping area. Nowhere nice to walk the dog, actually almost no grass or the like.
