3000バーツのデポジットが高すぎる。クレジットカードも受け付けつけず、ホテル側の都合しか考えていない。

Stayed here a number of times as it’s cheap and clean. I’m a platinum Accor member so I’m entitled to perks like free breakfast, welcome drink etc. I booked 2 nights and got my welcome drink. Made a separate booking for an extra night on the Accor App. The management refused to give me another welcome drink even though I was entitled and Accor called the hotel to give me a voucher. I don’t drink so never use the vouchers, but it’s the principle. They upset a loyal customer for maybe 100 baht. Awful management and a receptionist “Dream” so rude.

We regret to read that you feel upset about the welcome drink regulation As a matter of principle I will refer to the member rules and regulations benefit: “Enjoy one complimentary welcome drink per stay. Any consecutive stays (check out and check in on the same day) in the same hotel will be considered as one stay” If you make one booking of 3 nights stay; 3 bookings of 1 nights stay or 2 bookings as it is in this case. Everything is perfect since reservation till departure. K.Guitar is flexible and really understand what I need, housekeeper is so fast deliver after I called to request at night. Receptionist so friendly, they are very sharp but still flexible. The girl who check out me is very nice, she has good attitude mindset and very fast service and smile all the times even she’s so busy :) here is beyond my expectation, i will definitely return and tell my friend to stay here as good location but not suit for customer who have car as in Soi 4 very busy and traffic at night. However if you wanna tray local food and night life, here you are :)

I stay there for a full week, and each day, the staff at the reception were very helpfull.

The quite hotel in a busy district, have what do you expect from the Ibis style hotel. During my entire vacation here, 7 days, I was very impress from the entire staff at the reception desk. Any questions and informations requested, found a good answer. Mr. Guitar and Mr. Artie, and Mrs. Sara are simply helpfull. From the welcome to the last minuts , this made my holiday more easy and Happy. The hotel lobby, the room, the lift, the bar, the parking site, are all clean and peace full. Certainly the best hotel in the area. Well done! Marco from Italy.
