Thanks Aoe. the service was extraordinary, the hotel service was truly extraordinary, clean and the people were definitely friendly, 7 days holiday in Thailand staying at the Novotel Platinum didn't feel like time had passed so quickly. see you next time

Good clean hotel conveniently located. Halal options available for but breakfast but no prayer room/space.

Good clean hotel within a good location. It caters for a wide range of travellers including family travelers. While it provides halal meals was disappointed that there was no prayer room facility (even a small space would have been most appreciated).

Aoe, she is very hopeful and nice during my stay, i stay for 7 days , i ask for everything and she always help me. It’s very hard during this very high peak season, Songkran Festival, but she always help me to keep the room clean. She also tell me about where i can do Songkran Festival xoxo

This is a great hotel next door to the Platinum Mall and a short walking distance to Central World and Siam Paragon. We spent 5 nights over March/April. Being accor plus members, we were totally spoiled by Mi, Ice and Cara. Ladies, you provided exemplary service. We could not be more appreciative of the way you took such good care of us, each and every day. Thank you. The food in both the restaurant, lounge and restaurant is high quality and delicious. The breakfast buffet is one of the biggest that I have ever encountered with daily specials that were not repeated in the 5 mornings we ate there. Book this hotel. You won't be disappointed with the location and quality of customer service.

Great location, great staff and service. Try the breakfast bufeet with promotional price (got it when we checked in), food was ok. Room service is good. Room cleaning was a bit late but still acceptable, the room was clean. Bed and pillow also comfortable. We got 17floor with nice view overlooking central world. View Rooftop at level 9 also magnificent and offered nice drinks with great view
