We had a comfortable stay at grand mercure bangalore and special appreciation to manager avneet who has helped us to provide late departure on complimentary as my son was having a central exams. Also special thanks to Anirudha, Tulika and Akankshya for having a nice gesture..

Great place for stay. On my most of business trips I prefer to stay with Grand Mercure. Very good service, always smiling and helping staff. Great food and hygine is always maintained

ONE OF THE BEST SPA IN INDIA.The moment you enter you get in that zone of calmness. The oil selection is so good .i recommend the vimukti oil. The massage was good and the therapist kept checking if the pressure was alright.Rose and Sonam was proffesional ,Nyce place to relax even after massage.

It was nice as usual. I will come again. Room was nice and food was also good. Special appreciation to Duty Manager Avneet and his team members Rishu and Akankshya who has helped out upon arrival and departure…. Kudos to all of them and it one of our memorable stay in Grand mercure Bangalore.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff, and excellent service . Food is awesome, pool and gym facilities are very clean and very comfortable rooms! Very friendly staff, views are breathtaking and everything is within city prime locations.
