Perfect for a work trip

The hotel was helpfully close to the train station and the centre of town. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed - there was a lot of storage space, with some hangers provided in the wardrobe, and plates, cutlery and equipment provided in the kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful - I was able to leave my suitcase after checking out to collect later in the day. The ventilation system was a little loud and the shower swung to the side if I left it in the holder while running, but otherwise there were no issues. It was a perfect place to stay for a week-long work trip, I would definitely consider returning.

We stayed in the Apart Hotel Adagio Strasbourg between 26 and 29 June 2023. The bedroom was cramped with room only down one side of the bed. The combined kitchen and diner had a hot plate that was cracked and chipped. As was the Formica surround. The dining chairs were scratched and the wall marked all around. The refrigerator had a damaged and dirty base. We found used cups in the cupboards. The light fitting over the table had fallen with electrical leads showing. The hallway ceiling was water damaged and incomplete. Finally the complementary coffee did not appear Al the time we were the. No management was available to follow up. I contacted Accor head office to complain and I was assured the hotel would contact me. I am still waiting 19 days later. I am an Accor account holder and after this treatment cannot recommend their hotels or customer service.

Stayed here whilst in town for meetings at the Council of Europe. Superbly comfortable bed, in a room, while devoid of some character was functional and met my needs for the week. The breakfast was adequate, and the staff were polite and handled an incident my colleague reported to them superbly.

-The prices is too expensive because it’s bad services: durty, bad smell, unhealthy breakfast… It’s not 4 stars quality apart hotel. All staffs are not nice and not friendly. Hotel is always full and expensive because of location.

以前に(10年ほど前)滞在した時に立地も設備もとても良かったので、今回もここを選びました。 しかし、今回は残念でした。キッチンの換気扇は壊れているのか作動せず、汚れでベタベタしていました。 お風呂の排水が悪く、寝室は寒かったです。 埃がたまっていたり、ドアが汚れていたり、全体的に掃除が雑で清潔感に欠ける印象でした。
