The booked date was our tenth marriage anniversary. This auspicious incident was coupled with an immensely pleasing hospitality and efforts of Pinky Ghosh in the booking desk. She decked and spiced our precious moments that will turn into cherish able memories.

World pathetic service ever had I am a crew and being a crew we always go different places and different hotels but this is the worst hotel even they lie also and the driver they gave they don’t know how to talk they will shout on you I have no words I literally cried while going to the flight

Thank you for taking the time out to share your feedback regarding your recent stay on this platform and also sharing details of your travel from hotel to airport with our Head of Concierge- Subhojeet Mukherjee. I do understand your angst and displeasure for us as you did not like our Chauffeur’s tone of conduct while ensuring your safety during the travel time. Please do accept my heartfelt apologies on behalf for this as conveyed by my colleague, Subhojeet also earlier during his conversation with you. Please note that upon reviewing the details of your experience, we assure you that we treat our guest safety with utmost priority and hence as part of our process, our chauffeurs do request all our guests using our car services to wear seatbelt for their own safety. It is quite similar to how we travel on airplanes and the respective airline crew helps guests keep safe by following the seat belt protocol and at times through repeated follow ups as and when required. We assure that even in this scenario our chauffeur’s actions were in line with our commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests. However, we understand that communication could have been handled more effectively. I can assure you this is an aberration and by no means a reflection of our standards. The point mentioned by you highlights a need for strengthening our training for our chauffeurs particularly in dealing with such situations. Please be rest assured that we will undertake appropriate training sessions to avoid such inconvenience to guests in the future. Stay for business meet. Want to thanks Somnath who was our on meeting support staff made extra efforts to make our meeting a success. Although the meeting halls need update in terms of AirCon, yet otherwise we had a good meeting conduction due to timely help from Somnath
