Siddhi (Premier Lounge) and Rahul looked after us beautifully during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and service was amazing.

Not a good value for your money. The hotel rooms are not kept well. The room I was checked into had mold in the shower. The wall paper was peeling. The zoom-in mirror in the bathroom was missing and instead there were two holes in the wall. There were exposed wires on the side of the beds. The mattress was not good. The bedsheet and comforter had stains on it. The furniture was ripped. There was even some trash by the sofa. I complained about the room so they “upgraded” me to a renovated room. The renovated room was 25% better than the horrible room. The “new” room’s bathroom sink was not draining properly. The faucet was loose. The sofa was still ripped at the bottom. The hallways smelled like fish. The only good thing about the hotel was that the staff was nice and courteous. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Do not waste your money. I ended up checking out and checked into a nearby 5 star hotel. The price difference was only 1000rs- 3000rs per night. But I was much happier knowing that I got value for my money.

Amazing and very courteous staff at the 7th floor premier lounge. Thank you Siddhi and Ganesh for your warmth and friendly services. Although very disappointed in housekeeping and in room dining staff. They need to be sent back to training for basics! This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel but basics like keep dog food in kitchen freezer becomes a huge task and had to speak with the duty manager!
