Dear Niraj Rathi, First of all, thank you for choosing Novotel Trabzon for your stay. Comments form our guests are very important for us to help us increase the quality of our services. We would like to state that necessary training will be provided to our colleagues in line with your feedback in your comment. However, I must point out that your upgrade request was not fullfilled due to lack of availability and by the time of your arrival we had only suite rooms available which you did not want to cover the extra charges of suite room. Dear Guest, welcome to novtel trabzon, you felt uncomfortable. I have to say about the subject that our hotel allocates rooms according to how your reservation was made. We do not have a room with 3 separate beds in the hotel standards.Of course, we can help you by paying the difference for sea view rooms according to availability. of course we can help Regards, M.Kıran General manager
