Amazing front desk staff ; friendly , helpful and nice. I can’t remember the names but they were all very kind people. They even called the cab for me to go back to Bangkok airport. Breakfast was alright. Room was spacious and clean. Ideal location - 2 minutes walking distance to Mall Terminal 21 and Marina Mall. Highly recommend this hotel. Regards, Sheen

I staid here again after 10 years but it’s getting old! Need some repairmen’s and renewals! Not too bad not so good it’s acceptable. Near to 2 shopping centers and many massage parlors. Other disadvantage of this hotel is 90% of people came from only one country (India) and not look like an international hotel

Nice hotel, with an excellent location. Short walk to the beach, and Beach Road. Opposite the Shopping Mall. Also a 7/11 is nearby. It's a busy area, but the hotel is peaceful. Nice reception staff available to assist. I had a room with a balcony and pool view. Some rooms however, have no balcony, and a sealed window. The rooms, are clean and functional. The WIFI, and air-conditioning worked well, and housekeeping were friendly, and efficient. Small pool, and pool seating area. I would return again.

It stays 3-star, but looks between 1.5-2-star. Rooms are very small. Not much amenities in the room. The bathrooms are made for people 130# or less. The location is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Beds are not bad. Although they combine two twins side by side, but still comfortable.

I stay for one week in this hotel , and they sell my room , I paid more but get low quality of room , I write notice for late check in and when I arrive in the hotel they said sorry your room doesn’t have any balcony because of festival !! That mean when you choose the room in festival time should be carful to don’t come as a late checking because of reception allow to change your room to terrible. I cam to this hotel more than 7 time but never come back again and they lost me easily
