Novotel Deira hotel great team. At the breakfast hall the young lads viz. Elphas, Edward, Amro and the young lady Snow, their supervisor Ashish make a great team. The entire team are very attentive, ever helpful and very hard working. I have never seen this type of team work in other hotels. Ofcourse there are other staff who are not upto the standards of work ethics but it is better not to name them. But the above mentioned staff are excellent. The bell boys also ever helpful. The room boy Ajay and his supervisor do their cleaning service in a very professional way always obliging clients. Best wishes to this Novotel team. The hotel is walking distance to the City centre mall, Metro, garden, Day to day and Green house boutiques. You have it all for all types of travellers viz budget and high ends. Great stay. This hotel is a life saver! After a horrible stay in another hotel, we were transferred here. This hotel is perfect! Location wise, to shops and metro. The staff were wonderful, especially to the front desk Glorie, who clearly cares and caters to the needs of the guest during their stays in Dubai after the unfortunate flooding. She is one of the best and always smiles and listens to our needs and requests. Our housekeeping sta Vamsi was also remarkable le in making our stay comfortable & to Niraj, both are just excellent. What you see on their website is what you get in person! Excellent rooms and amenities! 100% will be recommended to my friends and family and will definitely choose to stay when back in Dubai.
