Really disappointing service standards at the Club Millésime comparing to our previous few stays. Staff was cold and lacks the Sofitel hospitality that we are used to. Upon checkout on 13/5 around 11.45am, we were told to checkout at the lobby reception because our credit card authorization slip was stored there. I did not bother as we were in a hurry to catch the ferry so I told the staff to just take another charge out of my card. The male Chinese or Filipino staff who attended to us was not at all welcoming and did not even ask how our stay was. Our room, 1716 shower mixer was not working properly so very difficult to mix the hot/cold water and moreover the water pressure was pathetic. The casino condition has deteriorated and is really pathetic comparing to the last time we visited just before Covid so we went to the Venetian, Londoner and Wynn where it was much more welcoming. We have another trip planned for Macau again in November and contemplating whether we should stay at Sofitel again…….. Being an Accor member, sadly there is no options for other Accor hotels in Macau.

Rocky and Jessica were very helpful and a great help as they were knowledgeable about the city and logistics of travel. Breakfast restaurant was excellent. Housekeeping service very good. Shuttle service was very good and on time. Overall staff was very courteous and polite . Some construction around hotel an issue. Access points to restaurants and tourist spots convenient.
