We came with my family for a week end in Macao and stopped over at Sofitel’s Spa.We had the most amazing Spa experience there. I chose body scrub and facial treatment. The therapists were outstandingly professional and skillful. Nila, Alif and Michelle made our 3 hours stay with them simply beyond anything i had known before even though i have been touring asia and Asian Spas for moret han 20years.I highly recommand.

Excellent Club Lounge and Lobby Reception! The staff in the lobby reception are always outstanding for ACCOR elite members. They consistently remember me and provide a nice and warm welcome. I truly appreciate their exceptional service. On one occasion, they even escorted me from the lobby to the lounge while engaging in a pleasant conversation about the marathon and running paths in Macau (I was wearing running gear). The lounge itself is always superb, offering proactive service, delectable food, and amazing drinks. Their soups and cocktails are particularly delicious. If you are not an ACCOR elite member, I highly recommend booking their executive room to enjoy the most incredible club lounge service and atmosphere in Macau. The lounge team is comprised of exceptional individuals, including Victor, Kyle, Doreen, Melsan, Macy, Kristine, Ann, Catherine, Eileen, and Russel.

So Spa has been our favourite spa ever since we first visited. Mena, the receptionist, and the two therapists Michelle and Ling had provided very good service to us during our recent visit. Apart from the excellent service, the price is highly competitive😉We would surely come again 👍
