Do not disturb but still open your door.. Complain and just a sorry. . Not just once but three or four times always knock your door and open with master card.. Just a decoration you need info and comfirm to front desk not disturb you.

Stay at Ibis but did not feel Ibis standard. room was smelly, toilet not cleaned well. no tissue paper even in toilet, has to ask reception desk for one. hard to find good english speaking person at hotel during my stay. breakfast choices is terrible.

Very dirty, stain on the bed and mould on the frame of bed， Service is bad, Receptionist is impolite, Bathroom is small and no ventilation, breakfast is basic but very messy, we will not stay in this hotel anymore

Good value for money for this category. Convenient location near Metro station and walking distance to exhibition center. Breakfast is very basic and à bit jungle if crowded. Only half staff at réception Can speak basic English

It is very conveniently located near the SNEC. The nearest Metro station is Fangdian on Line No. 9. The exit is no 3 . If you are coming from Pudong airport you have to take line no. 2 and then change on Century avenue for line no. 9. It is about 700 metres from the Fangdian Metro station. If you are having heavy luggage then you can get get down at Shanghai Science & Technology Museum stop on line 2 itself and take a taxi. Carry a Chinese translation of the hotel name to show to the taxi drivers. The fare is about 16 Yuan by meter. Sometimes they haggle for 50/100 , just be adamant that you will pay only by meter. Mac Donald is in the same building in the front. There is Carrefour, KFC and Burger King opposite the road. There is only an Indian restaurant in the shopping mall on ground floor located at side of Fangdian exit. The staff has very poor knowledge of English. So have a google translator or type in english on mobile phone and show to them, then they understand.
