全体を通してとても快適な滞在でした。一点だけ、客室内の設備が古くなって来ていることが気になります。水回りや電源コードの少なさなど。それ以外が大変満足でした。

Disappointing stay

Disappointing. Room potentially very nice but lots of maintenance needed, for example blocked sink, shower fittings falling off. Breakfast very expensive, worked out at £10/slice of toast and chef clearly didn't know how to make toast. External work not an issue

Lakshmisree was absolutely wonderful. Wow Novotel for having the best staff member who care so very much about customers and colleagues - Lakshmisree was so very attentive and passionate about the drinks being served, our interests and we didn’t want to leave the bar as we could talk to her all night.
