We have booked 2 premier rooms at Novotel City City Centre for 2 nigts during first week of May 2024. The hotel choosen for a stay in trasit on our HKG-India trip. This htel situated in the middle of the city and just opposite to pavilion mall. We have given connecting rooms as we travelled with our grown up kids. Rooms are NOT spacious as per KUL standards. Breakfast is served is exceeleant with live egg, noodle soup section with daily changes. Staff at breakfast section is very polite and try to serve their guest as good as possible. As an Accor member they suppossed to give us early check in and late chck out. Though we came at 4am in the morning and have two premier rooms booking for the same day taken another room for few hours sleep . And for the check out the lady front desk staff was arrongant and not given the late check out while her collegue was willing to give the same. Pre authoriation amount (deposit) directly charged to Credit Card account and the same is not yet revered so far. They says 14 working days. The same issue has been reported in so many reviews ; hope the authorities may look into it very seriously. Please note Pre authorisation means only a guarantee and Not a charge to the credit cards. Premier lounge timing is 5.30 to 7.00 pm everyday. you can enjoy the cocktails and snacks. The staff at Premier lounge are execllent , Mr.Miyad, taken care of us and treated us very well. Thanks Mayad.

The pillows were fluffy and comfortable and not too big. The linen so soft and so beautiful. All of the staff were friendly and very sweet to us, making us feel very welcome like family. Our wait staff Avi in the restaurant was so helpful and very thoughtful. She was so attentive to our needs and very personable and friendly, while also being efficient. We felt she went above and beyond. The hotel itself is very luxurious and situated in the centre of the city near a very good shopping centre and restaurants.

We were very satisfied with the service in the premier lounge for breakfast. Nik was very attentive and friendly. Our room had a water filter and room cleaning daily. Housekeeping staff very thorough. I didn't know how to use the coffee machine, so instructions would have been useful. Overall, great location across the road from Pavilion and 4 other shopping malls.
