The vibrancy of Sofitel remains unmatched! The amenities, ambiance, and staff are exemplary. We loved every second of our stay. The special mention to our kind receptionists, namely Ms. Kaye, Ms. Roche, Ms. Trishia, Ms. Patricia, Ms. Kyle and Ms. Aly who accommodated us with utmost kindness and professionalism,,Thank you! Also to the caretakers of the Cat Sanctuary, thank you for your efforts and kindness.

Relaxing birthday staycation

Me and my family had a great stay at the hotel last April 17-19, 2024. Rooms are clean. Nice facilities and all foods are great and delicious whether it is in room dining, coco restaurant and spiral buffet. I was surprised that they even gave me a birthday cake on the 18th which is my birthday. Staffs are very efficient most especially to FO-Morris who assisted us during our check out. He is so nice and even gave my son a teddy bear souveneir that we named Sofee. Our stay is so hassle free from start to end. Definitely we'll comeback.

It was a phenomenal event! Thank you to Chambers (Senior Events Mgr), Pauline (events coordinator) , Mr Felix ( Mgr) Banquet, and crew- and all the staff of Sofitel from check in - concierge . My party and so as my stay at Sofitel was nothing but a dream made come true. The transaction that I did with Chambers' and his team was seamless despite that I was in a different timezone! Again, my uttermost gratitude to all. Xx Look forward to my next booking at the Sofitel.

Recently visited and had breakfast with Friends. Though a bit out of the way but it was worth the travel and worth every penny. The chefs are very engaging, the wait staff always ready to help and take photos! Shout out to prince. Kinda looove the cream cheese danish sadly with wasn’t available for purchase maybe next time. The Filipino section is as expected and nothing less, the breads?! Oh my i wanna eat them all. Fresh fruits, and salmon cheeks for breakfast? I mean c’mon. Omelettes served to perfection. Thank you! Will be back soooon
