Our stay was beyond our expectation. It was my husband's birthday & I only ask their receptionist Pauline to have a happy birthday greeting plate for our dinner to be given to my husband. To our suprise we were upgraded instead to an Imperial Suite. My husband was so happy because we have never experience this kind of customer service to any of our previous staycation. We are cat rescuers as well, we were touched to have found out that Sofitel has a sanctuary that rescues and takes care of stray cats. I have not seen a 5 star hotel who has this much compassion for animals. I hope that other hotels would do the same and be kind to less fortunate animals. We will definitely recommend Sofitel to our family and friends. Kudos to Pauline for going above & beyond to make my husband's birthday extra special. God bless Sofitel.

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety of different cuisines. Staff were very friendly and specially thank to Chef Bettina ARGUEVELLES. She was kind and wonderful. I won’t forget Jessie SANGALANG, another friendly and useful staff another kudos to all personal at the swimming pool . Even though the hotel is quite old. Elevators can be upgraded to move faster.

The vibrancy of Sofitel remains unmatched! The amenities, ambiance, and staff are exemplary. We loved every second of our stay. The special mention to our kind receptionists, namely Ms. Kaye, Ms. Roche, Ms. Trishia, Ms. Patricia, Ms. Kyle and Ms. Aly who accommodated us with utmost kindness and professionalism,,Thank you! Also to the caretakers of the Cat Sanctuary, thank you for your efforts and kindness.
