The hotel is ideally located for exploring the town, with numerous Michelin-starred restaurants just steps away. The attentive staff provide excellent service and valuable local recommendations. We will definitely choose this hotel again for its comfortable rooms and location.

It’s little details like only having paper cups for making coffee in, that lets a Mecure hotel down. Other than that, great location & helpful staff-especially when finding somewhere to park in a maze-like city, clean comfy room & a great shower….I just felt it lacked a bit of charm & why, when you can buy a coffee & croissant in the city centre for a few euros, would you spend 17 on breakfast here?

The Mercure is a very nice hotel, centrally located within walking distance of the old town, friendly staff and excellent value for money. There is an underground car park conveniently located beside the hotel. The staff we very helpful in terms of information and kindly gave us a free upgrade so very satisfied overall.

Receptionist was charming and smiley , I was upgraded to a junior Suite , so well equipped , a 3 minute walk to the old town, Breakfast just complimented the whole stay !! Keep it up please as you’re doing a great job 🌷

As usual the staff was very helpful and friendly - thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. Although the breakfast is slightly reduced due to the corona measures, it still offers a good selection.
