Special commendation to Niharika Shinde, a M & E Host, who went out of her way to print boarding passes for us when all the guest printers were down. She researched our flights, secured the boarding passes online and printed them Thank you for excellent work.

What a wonderful experience this was. We had arrived from Australia exhausted.- 27 hour flight (with a delay) Had a shower and headed down to Club Millesieme for a drink and some canapés . Sujeewa and Ronaldo were both so welcoming - just what we both needed. Food was amazing, lovely wine to boot. Can’t recommend the boys, bar and experience enough. Thank You

Sofitel is very nice hotel next to airport it’s very nice and I stay one night and my experience in very good and the breakfast is so nice with huge quantities in the lounge and service from Tajin is fabulous she is fantastic in service very charming and friendly and the omelette I eat it’s tasty from the chef sezy thank you Tajin😊😊😊😊

Always a pleasure to stay here before a long flight home. No hassles for an early flight, the food is great and room service quick and polite. Noor was very polite and made me feel welcomed. I usually use America airlines points but would gladly use dollars to stay here!
