No complaints. Clean, spacious room with a decent bathroom and facilities. Literally just stayed and only for the one night so can't comment on the restaurant etc but all three team members I had an encounter with during my short stay were super helpful and friendly.

Great spot, great restaurants and great rooms. Forough on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. Easy to park and walk to terminal, will always stay here when flying from Gatwick. Not the cheapest, but the best in my opinion.

Great customer service. After an issue with our booking the manager could not have done more to assist and make our stay enjoyable. Love staying here before a trip and eating in the Vanda restaurant. It was my granddaughter’s birthday and she was made to feel very special.

Second time at this hotel. Would recommend this place if you have an early flight.

Bed and pillows lovely. Mustafa the concierge Mustafa was very nice and took our cases to our room and showed us where everything was. You can walk to the terminal straight from the hotel …………………………………………,,,,..,,,,,………………. …….. ……………………

Mustafa welcomed us and helped me with the suitcases while my husband parked the car. Professional, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely start to our holiday. A very big Thank you to you Mustafa your help was much appreciated
